How we handle your information.

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and — depending on the form — details about your home-financing goals such as loan purpose, property type and state, approximate loan amount, credit range, timeframe, veteran status, and any message you write. Our systems also record technical information with each submission: your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and the referring page.

Submissions are delivered to this office so it can respond to your inquiry and connect you with a loan originator, and are kept as a record of the conversation. Neither this office nor the platform that runs this website sells information submitted through it.

Your information is stored and processed by the service providers that run this website: web hosting, database and file storage, and transactional email (such as the confirmation you receive after submitting a form). Where the AI chat assistant described below is on, messages sent to it are processed by an AI service provider. Each of them handles information only to provide its service; none may use it for its own purposes. Your submission is also recorded in this office's customer-relationship system so the team can follow up.

This site sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser's local storage to keep a random session token (so we can count visits without identifying you), to keep an AI chat conversation open while you move between pages, and to remember which loan originator you were introduced to. We keep basic, first-party statistics on how the site is used: pages viewed, the referring site, browser type, and an IP address truncated so it no longer identifies a person. Embedded third-party content, such as a video or a rate widget, may set its own cookies under that provider's policy.

This site may include Paige, an AI chat assistant that answers visitors' general questions about our team and how the mortgage process works. Paige identifies itself as AI in its first message, is not a loan officer, and does not replace the advice of one of our licensed loan officers — anything specific to your situation is handed off to a person. Where this office has AI chat enabled, Paige runs on a third-party large-language-model service. Paige does not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers; if one is typed in by mistake, it is removed before the assistant or our records ever see it.

To ask what information is held about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact the office using the phone number or email in the footer of this page. Requests are honored, including permanent deletion of a submitted record.
