Loan Originator

An originator who loves the craft: clients first, fast follow-through and clean files. You'll be backed by an experienced team, a broad lender network and an office that protects your time.
What you'll do
- Walk clients through the loan process from first conversation to closing.
- Coach buyers on credit, savings and program fit.
- Keep files complete and CRM notes current.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture referral relationships with agents and past clients.
- Originate purchase, refinance and investor loans.
- Maintain NMLS licensing and compliance.
What we're looking for
- Florida NMLS license (or willing to obtain).
- Mortgage origination experience preferred.
- Strong, plain-English communicator.
